Welcome to our site!  Esker Properties has been around for almost EIGHT years!  While that might not be comforting, the owners of Esker Properties (Doug and Deborah Benson) have been in or around the real estate business for  over four decades.  They bought their first house when they were 20 and 21 years old.  (At that time mortgage interest rates were 17%!) 

Deb's father was and is an extremely successful real estate investor, Deb's mom owns all kinds of income producing property, her brother is a Real Estate Broker who owns his own real estate business and runs an apartment complex, her uncles, her cousins are all engaged somehow in the real estate business, be it as builders, electricians, landscapers, carpenters.  Debbie herself has built or flipped 10 single family houses and she remains active in the business.

Doug was a banker and a software engineering guy...who happened to ask Debbie to be his wife!
